Reviews from Reframing Anxiety course students
Oh my goodness. I really had no idea that feeling on edge was a symptom of anxiety. Only on day 1 but can already see how much this is going to help! xx
I have found the course to be the most beneficial step I have ever taken to have some clarity about why, at times, I feel a certain way and by following your program I am truly astounded by how I am feeling today as opposed to last week. I can’t thank you enough.
I owe you the biggest thank you. I’ve been following it only the last 4 days. Already I’ve realised things about my own anxiety that I didn’t realise I was doing. Just taking 10/15 minutes a day to journal and work out what my thoughts are has made me feel so much clearer about things. I don’t feel like I’m so alone in my feelings and thoughts. I don’t feel so bad about having them as I did. I guess that’s why I’d been beating myself up, because I felt so weak and like it was just me. Thank you
Something shifted on a bodily level. I felt lighter. Free. I even started laughing. I felt as though I did, and do love all of these parts that I have rejected for so long. It felt amazing. I have understood this concept on a cognitive level, even talking about it with others..but today I embodied it. Thank you so much for all your support. I know it has helped so much and is a huge reason for the realisation. Thank you.
Thank you. A million times over. I have immersed myself in your course (4 days worth in one night) and I’m in tears. In just one short hour I have realised and accepted that it’s not my fault that I have anxiety. Something that I haven’t considered…ever! I have had several therapy sessions with a local counsillor that have helped me tackle my trauma experience and the triggers for my anxiety, but I’ve never explored anxiety itself which I rhink has held me back from taking control. Wit this single realisation, I already feel strong and empowered and cannot wait to continue with the course. I just wanted to thank you for something I can’t thank you enough for.
Here is your reminder that there is so much hope for anxiety.
Whilst it may indeed be very common, it does not mean that it needs to be your normal. I have seen people’s lives changed using the insights and techniques I share within the course, but I can also tell you that they have changed mine too.
