I always say that one of my fave words is ‘AND’.

Things can be tough AND good. We can feel overwhelmed AND grateful. Both things can be very true.

Use gratitude to bring balance, not to bash yourself over the head with a positivity stick. This brings guilt, self-criticism and shame and goodness knows we don’t need any more of that right now!
