Welcome Psychotherapist & Mum of 3 Anna into your living room as she shares tips, tools and techniques to support you through the common challenges that come with navigating early motherhood during a global pandemic.

The four hour-long video sessions cover a wide range of topics, from mum guilt and loneliness, through to intrusive thoughts and feeling touched-out, overwhelmed and under-supported.

What will I get?

A downloadable PDF with links to each of the 4 hour-long sessions that were recorded live in October 2020. For more details as to the topics covered, please see below.

Please note: These videos were recorded live. Expect the occasional doorbell or cat interruption! Videos viewable until 01.11.21 when they will be removed to release storage space.

Tips for common relationship challenges, and building your support network. Covering topics from loneliness to feeling touched-out.
